Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership while delivering exceptional medical and surgical care for companion animals through comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment plans. Mentor and support veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to promote clinical excellence, while fostering a collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork. Assist with developing and implementing medical protocols and best practices, collaborating with hospital leadership to improve clinical operations, workflow, and patient outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records and participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in companion animal medicine
