Veterinary Launch Operations Associate

Receive, unpack, organize, and track equipment and supplies for new veterinary practice openings. Match packing slips to purchase orders, stage items in correct rooms, and maintain a punch list of outstanding issues. Coordinate with delivery drivers, vendors, and installers while documenting problems and preparing workstations before staff arrival. When not on launch, work regular shifts at existing hospitals to assist with basic system setup, test devices, and restock supplies. Handle simple troubleshooting and escalate operational issues as they arise. This role requires previous veterinary hospital experience, out-of-state travel with overnight stays, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
