Job Summary
Vetco Total Care hospital Concierge/Receptionist role focusing on first-point client contact and exceptional service: answer and route practice calls, maintain and review the appointment calendar, greet clients and pets by name, monitor wait times, support training of new staff, ensure the waiting area is clean and well-stocked, confirm appointments via client communication preferences, provide backup support to clinical staff, and collaborate to optimize hospital workflow while delivering a high-quality client and patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice or customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, professional demeanor
