Job Summary
Provide day-to-day leadership and support to hospital team members while fostering a positive, engaged, and accountable culture. Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth operations, align on goals, and build strong relationships to support clinical excellence. Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, inventory, and administrative processes to create an efficient environment for clients and patients. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed. Compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Prior veterinary experience is helpful but not required
- A team-oriented professional who is passionate about veterinary medicine and interested in growing their leadership skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships, motivate team members, and lead by example
- Experience in customer service, operations, healthcare, hospitality, or team leadership roles is a plus
