Veterinary Hospital Director

Lead the Clinical Services team in the hospital, including hiring, onboarding, employee development, and resolving patient care and client complaints. Foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement while partnering with the Medical Director to direct Emergency and Specialty services. Manage hospital and capital budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain complaint logs to track adverse events. Provide 24/7 phone support to Clinical Managers for urgent issues and strengthen relationships with referral partners. Develop communication systems for patient transfers and after-hour exams across departments. Ensure the Healthcare Team has resources to deliver high-quality patient and client experiences.
