Veterinary Hospital Administrator

Lead day-to-day hospital operations for a veterinary specialty and emergency hospital, partnering with Medical Directors and Regional Operations to drive financial performance, staffing, and patient care. Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and respect while mentoring department managers across Emergency, Specialty, and Client Service, overseeing scheduling and workflow, analyzing revenue and performance metrics, and supporting recruiting and retention strategies to strengthen the hospital team. Strong business and financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication are required to ensure outstanding patient care and service standards in a fast-paced clinical environment. A Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare management or related field plus 3+ years of leadership experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is preferred.
