Groomers will perform top quality grooms in a timely manner in a high-end, modern veterinary environment. Responsibilities include calming anxious dogs, grooming with a focus on gentle, professional care, maintaining a welcoming environment for dogs and their owners, shampooing and washing fur, trimming/shaving as needed, maintaining company policies, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs. The role requires high school diploma or GED, grooming proficiency, ability to lift dogs up to 50 pounds, strong teamwork, and a calm, professional demeanor.
