Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain medical and life sciences equipment on-site across various facilities. Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and preventative maintenance on inspection equipment while removing damaged parts and implementing upgrades. Advise customers on correct device usage and establish preventative maintenance schedules with management. Maintain clear records for services, inventory, and troubleshooting techniques. Travel within a 60-mile radius of designated cities to respond to service requests. We compensate $350 for training, then pay $60-65 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Open to Using Basic and Specialized Hand Tools
- Repair electrical and mechanical equipment using testers and all necessary hand tools
- Remove damaged/defected parts and repair/replace them using hand tools
- Understand the importance of Preventative Maintenance
- Maintain clear and concise records for services provided, preventative maintenance schedules, parts inventory, installation/upgrades and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on inspection equipment (mechanical or electronic) to ensure desired field performance
- Field service /troubleshooting/ Preventative Maintenance on multiple types of medical and life sciences equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with management and customers
- Perform preventative maintenance by implementing upgrades, pro-actively testing configurations and network links, and inducing fail-over
- All recruited techs must be willing to travel 60-mille radius of the following cities
