Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Supervisor

Daytime Emergency & Critical Care Supervisor leads clinical and operational support for the ECC department, coordinating staffing, onboarding, and development, while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and strong cross-department communication. The role involves guiding ECC team members, participating in hiring and performance discussions, and partnering with leadership to meet departmental goals and deliver excellent client and patient experiences. RVT or VTS is preferred but not required; prior Emergency & Critical Care experience strongly valued. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
