As Veterinary Director, lead day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing regional practice in Port Macquarie, NSW. Mentor and empower the veterinary and nursing teams, drive evidence-based medicine and uphold high clinical standards, optimize workflow, systems and team culture, and collaborate with Greencross operational and clinical leaders to elevate GP and emergency capability. Required Qualifications
- BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) and eligibility for registration in NSW
- At least 3+ years of experience, ideally with previous leadership exposure
