Job Summary
Greet and check-in clients, answer telephones and transfer calls, and escort clients and their pets to exam rooms. Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence while discussing payment options and processing payments. Maintain a neat and clean lobby, delegate tasks, and assist with team members' hiring, training, and development. Monitor team performance and handle complaints from both staff and clients. Remain composed in stressful situations and demonstrate excellent client service skills including verbal, written communication, and phone etiquette. Work in a fast-paced environment with some flexibility for additional hours when necessary. Prior supervisor experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.

- Prior supervisory experience
- Employment with MedVet is dependent upon the passing of a drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred)
