Job Summary
Greet and check-in clients, answer telephones and transfer calls, and escort clients and their pets to exam rooms. Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence while discussing payment options and processing payments. Maintain a neat and clean lobby, ensuring compassionate yet professional composure during stressful interactions. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, veterinary terminology, and financial policies, with the ability to multi-task and enter data accurately. Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.

- Previous experience in veterinary setting
