Job Summary
Greet and check-in clients, answer telephones and transfer calls, escort clients and their pets to exam rooms, manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence, discuss payment options and process payments, and maintain a neat and clean lobby. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions, with the ability to multi-task and enter data accurately. You must maintain a compassionate yet professional composure in stressful situations while working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8pm-6am. Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred, and you will work within a team focused on advanced medical treatments and innovations.
