Job Summary
Greet and check-in clients and escort pets to exam rooms; manage medical records, charts, and correspondence; discuss payment options and process payments; maintain a neat lobby and assist with client throughput. Requires strong verbal/written communication, excellent client service, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced veterinary environment as part of a collaborative clinical team. Experience with veterinary terminology and hospital processes is preferred; scheduling flexibility and data-entry accuracy are important. - General computer competency (Microsoft Word and Excel)
