Job Summary
Client Service Representative at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (GCVS) supports emergency/critical care and specialty departments by educating clients and referring veterinarians, coordinating appointments for a multi-specialist hospital, and handling reminder communications. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, multitasking, and maintaining meticulous client/pet records. Schedule is full-time (9am–8pm) with a Sunday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday rotation at the Houston, TX campus, and compensation ranges from $17-$19 per hour with after-hours and weekend differentials.
