Job Summary
Veterinary Client Service Representative who serves as the first contact for clients and their pets, greeting and checking in clients, answering phones, escorting pets to exam rooms, and facilitating smooth, compassionate client interactions. Key duties include managing medical records, reports, and correspondence; discussing and processing payments; maintaining a neat lobby; and ensuring accurate data entry. Requires practical knowledge of veterinary terminology, hospital workflows, and financial policies, plus strong communication, multitasking, and team-focused collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
