Job Summary
Answer multiple phone lines, manage data entry, process billing, and handle financial conversations with professionalism while maintaining empathy for anxious pet parents. Juggle tasks like scheduling and client communication with a calm demeanor, delivering discreet and warm service to both pets and their owners. Work Sunday through Thursday from 7am to 5:30pm, with some holidays required, in a specialty and emergency care environment focused on Truth in Medicine. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of client service experience
- Speaks both human and 'vet team' with excellent communication skills
- Can juggle tasks like answering multiple phone lines, data entry, billing, and making it all look easy
- Handles financial conversations with professionalism and ease
- Likes to have FUN while doing all of the above
- Schedule - Some holidays are required
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7am - 3:30pm
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7am - 5:30pm
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7am - 3:30pm
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7am - 5:30pm
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
