Job Summary
As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, provide warm, professional client service in person and by phone, manage a high-volume multi-line phone system, schedule appointments balancing medical urgency with doctor availability, process invoices and payments, maintain accurate client/patient records, coordinate communication between clients and medical staff, handle prescription refill requests, and support clients during routine visits and emotionally charged situations while maintaining an organized, calm reception area. Requires proven customer service experience; veterinary/medical or high-level service experience strongly preferred; excellent communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, comfort with computer systems (ezyVet a plus), compassion for animals and owners, reliability, and a collaborative team mindset.
