Veterinary Client Service Representative At Hub Conroe

Job Summary

Greet and welcome clients in person and over the phone, then provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling payments. Efficiently manage the front desk, maintain accurate records, and keep the reception area clean and organized. Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks such as preparing patient records and organizing paperwork. Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, pricing, and treatment options while resolving complaints professionally. Maintain a strong understanding of veterinary services including preventive care and vaccinations. Requires previous customer service and veterinary setting experience, Saturday availability, and proficiency in computer skills. Flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Join our new General Practice and Urgent Care animal hospital in Conroe, TX.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Previous experience in a veterinary setting
  • Saturday availability
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities to handle challenging situations and maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Genuine love and compassion for animals, with an understanding of their basic needs and behaviors
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Flexibility to possibly work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior knowledge of veterinary management software is a plus
