Job Summary
Assist colleagues with non-clinical duties to support the smooth running of the practice, including cleaning, client-facing interactions, animal handling, and administration tasks. Provide guidance by keeping up-to-speed with practice services and maintain a calm, attentive focus on clients' needs while delivering exceptional customer service. Manage a full-time rota of 40 hours per week with shifts ranging from 8:30am to 8:30pm, including Saturdays and Sundays. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a VCA
- Experience with animals
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
