Job Summary
Greet clients and patients to gather medical history, assist doctors and technicians during appointments and procedures, monitor hospitalized patients, and perform basic laboratory tasks. Prepare medications for pharmacy duties, maintain accurate medical records, and support the team by anticipating needs to keep appointments running efficiently. Provide compassionate care to every patient while helping ensure clients receive outstanding service. This role offers a path to grow into a Veterinary Technician position within a supportive, collaborative clinic culture that values learning and authentic teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of Veterinary Assistant experience
- A passion for animal care and client service
- A positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- The confidence to take ownership of tasks and help drive positive outcomes
- A willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge with your teammates
- Flexible 4-day work week with rotating Saturday shifts
- No nights, on-call shifts, or holiday hours
