Job Summary
Assist veterinarians and vet techs during examinations, treatments, and surgeries while handling and restraining animals safely. Prepare examination rooms and surgical areas by cleaning and sterilizing equipment, perform basic laboratory tests including collecting blood and urine samples, and administer medications under supervision. Feed, bathe, and exercise animals as needed while maintaining accurate medical records and communicating with pet owners about care plans. Clean and maintain the clinic, including stocking supplies and ensuring a safe, sanitary environment. Required Qualifications
