Job Summary
Provide assistance to Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians, including gentle animal handling and restraint during outpatient procedures such as physical exams, vaccines, and blood draws. Prepare and clean patient areas throughout the day (exam rooms and procedural/treatment areas), anticipating team needs and ensuring preparedness and efficiency. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and availability Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays (Saturday shifts 9am-1pm). Eligible for a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401k, PTO, pet discount, and uniform allowance. Minimum 1+ year veterinary experience required; duties include assistance in exam rooms, client communication, medical note taking, oral medication administration, and basic restraint.
