Job Summary
Provide exceptional client service while supporting both the reception and medical teams. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming clients and patients, answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, processing payments, and addressing client questions with compassion and professionalism. Additionally, assist the veterinary team with patient restraint, exam room preparation, cleaning and stocking, maintaining a safe and organized hospital environment, and other veterinary assistant duties as assigned. Must be comfortable providing emotional support to clients during sensitive medical situations and be willing to cross-train to support the hospital. Must withstand unpleasant odors and noises and may be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste, and potentially contagious diseases. The role offers training and professional development opportunities, with pay range $14-$15/hr and benefits; part-time status may affect some benefits. Required Qualifications
