Job Summary
Support the care team in well and sick patient care, assisting with venipuncture, surgical and dental procedures, and exams. Partner closely with pet parents to ensure exceptional experiences while advocating for Fear-Free, force-free, low-stress handling techniques. Use your full skill set in a tech-enabled environment within a collaborative, team-first staffing approach. This weekend-only role requires Saturday and Sunday availability for a position at Petfolk's Peachtree Corners Petcare Center.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in veterinary clinical care
- Saturday and Sunday availability
- Comfortable with venipuncture, surgical/dental assistance, and exams
- Advocate for Fear-Free, force-free, low-stress handling techniques
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced weekend-only environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Passionate about continual learning and professional growth
- Loves working with both pets and people
