Veterinary Assistant- Oncology

Full-time Oncology Veterinary Assistant at Madison Veterinary Specialists, a 24-hour specialty and emergency small animal hospital in Madison, WI. Responsibilities include exceptional client service and communication, assisting with procedures and advanced imaging (Radiology, CT), setup and support of imaging and other procedures, maintaining oncologic equipment, patient discharge and client education, and assisting with emergency/critical-care patients. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 30 pounds, and work with potential exposure to hazardous materials. Experience with Infinity/Impromed software preferred. Work schedule: full-time, 4 days per week, 7:30–6:00 pm.
