Job Summary
Compassionate Veterinary Assistant to support veterinarians and technicians in a fast-paced animal hospital. Responsibilities include restraining animals, preparing exam and treatment rooms, administering medications and vaccines, obtaining patient histories, assisting with surgeries, handling laboratory samples, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing strong client service. Must be reliable, able to work collaboratively with the team, and demonstrate a genuine passion for animal care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous veterinary experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
