Job Summary
Veterinary Assistants across Emergency/ICU, Nephrology, and Cardiology departments provide hands-on patient care, assist clinicians during treatments and surgeries, perform diagnostic testing and imaging support, manage documentation and client communications, and help maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of veterinary experience (certification preferred), strong communication and multitasking abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting in Boulder, CO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Veterinary TA certification or current enrollment in a technical assistant program strongly preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years’ veterinary experience required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Knowledge of basic veterinary practices and terminology
- Fluent English skills (speaking and reading) required
