Job Summary
Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion while coordinating appointments and managing client communications. Maintain accurate medical records and assist veterinarians and RVTs with patient care, treatments, and examinations. Support diagnostic and treatment procedures as directed by the medical team and ensure treatment, exam, and kennel areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked. Provide pet owners with guidance on home care instructions and preventive healthcare recommendations to create a positive experience for every client and patient. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal care environment, or customer service role
