Job Summary
Deliver high-quality patient care including diagnostics, treatment support, surgical preparation, and anesthesia monitoring while assisting with radiology, dentistry, and medical documentation. Serve as the acting clinic leader when the Business Manager is unavailable, facilitating team huddles, managing appointment flow, and coordinating staffing adjustments. Coach and mentor Veterinary Assistants and Technicians, reinforce operational standards, and champion key clinic performance metrics. Address client concerns with empathy and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This role combines hands-on clinical leadership with operational management at Petfolk Riverton Pet Care Center, opening September 2026. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Previous clinical leadership experience
- Strong technical skills and confidence in patient care, diagnostics, and anesthesia support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teammates
- Comfortable balancing clinical responsibilities with operational leadership
- Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
