Veterinary Assistance

The Veterinary Assistant provides exceptional service to ensure the comfort of clients and pets in the hospital. Key responsibilities include maintaining patient flow, communicating with the veterinarian and vet techs, assisting with procedures, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards, educating clients about wellness plans, and mentoring other team members. This role requires technical skills aligned with state practice acts and NAVTA guidelines. The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $18.39 per hour, reflective of the candidate's experience, skill level, and education.
