Job Summary

Visit farms and customers to investigate feed, animal health, and performance issues, providing appropriate recommendations for dairy, poultry, swine, and other livestock. Work alongside Sales teams during customer visits, product trials, and technical discussions to identify root causes of animal or feed performance problems. Collect samples, coordinate investigations with Quality, Laboratory, Production, and Nutrition teams, and prepare comprehensive technical reports with clear findings and corrective actions. Train farmers and customers on feeding practices, animal management, and biosecurity while following up on the implementation of agreed solutions. This role requires a degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science with 5–7 years of industry experience and extensive travel for field assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Livestock Production or a related discipline
  • 5–7 years' experience within the animal feed industry
  • Practical experience working with dairy, poultry and swine
  • Good knowledge of animal nutrition, feed ingredients and livestock production
  • Relevant Kenyan veterinary or animal nutrition professional registration
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience handling customer complaints, farm investigations and technical advisory assignments
