Job Summary
Emergency veterinary Anesthesiologist sought to join a privately owned Level 1 VECCS-certified hospital with North Haven and Guilford CT locations. Responsibilities include triaging, diagnosing, treating, and hospitalizing or discharging emergency cases; collaborate with internal medicine, anesthesia, critical care, cardiology, radiology, surgery, oncology, neurology, and other specialists; support referrals and walk-in emergencies; provide high-quality emergency anesthesia and critical care; flexible scheduling with 3-4 day weeks, no on-call requirements, and generous PTO. Required Qualifications
- Licensed veterinarian with veterinary anesthesia experience preferred
- DEA license
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Eligibility for state veterinary license in Connecticut
