Job Summary
Veterinarian sought as a Partner and Equity Owner to join PriorityPet’s network of Urgent Care practices as Medical Director. Opportunity to own with no out-of-pocket cost, receive ownership/equity and comprehensive benefits, and build/lead a brand-new clinic with state-of-the-art equipment. Location is completely flexible; the company provides business support to enable you to establish and grow your own practice with medical autonomy. Roles include leadership of the clinical team, delivering high-quality veterinary medicine, and mentoring other veterinarians within a supportive alliance animal health ecosystem. Required credentials include a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, active state license, and a DEA license/USDA accreditation (or obtained upon hire); candidates should have 3+ years of experience and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and entrepreneurial capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university
- active veterinary state license
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
- 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
- Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture
- Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians
