Job Summary
Partner with PriorityPet to build a nationwide network of Urgent Care practices as Medical Director with immediate ownership/equity opportunities and no out-of-pocket cost. You will lead clinical operations, deliver world-class veterinary medicine, mentor other veterinarians, and help create the culture you envision. A brand-new facility and state-of-the-art equipment will be provided, with flexible location and no overnight shifts. The role emphasizes medical autonomy, business support from the company, and growth opportunities including ownership, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and work-life balance. You will hold a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine with an active state license, and bring 3+ years of veterinary experience, DEA license/USDA accreditation (or obtain upon hire), and strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university
- active veterinary state license
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
- 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
- Compassionate leadership and ability to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture
- Effective communicator with a drive to provide high quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians
