Veterinarian partner and equity owner opportunity in a Flexible-location model focused on building Urgent Care practices nationwide. Join as Medical Director in a new practice built with full ownership/equity and no out-of-pocket cost. You will deliver world-class veterinary medicine, lead and mentor a team, ensure high-quality care, and drive clinical culture aligned with the company’s core values. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university
- active veterinary state license
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
- 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience
