Job Summary
Conduct urgent care-style walk-in medicine in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with real-time decision-making. Manage a full range of cases from wellness to surgery and same-day visits at a high-volume, production-driven practice. Collaborate openly with a team of Associate DVMs, Veterinary Assistants, and specialists for case discussions rather than carrying the caseload alone. Work a predictable, consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call rotation. Earn income based on speed and caseload through a competitive base salary plus production pay.
Required Qualifications
- DVM (or equivalent) licensed in Tennessee
- Confident, efficient, and motivated in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Comfortable with urgent care–style walk-in medicine
- A team player who values both autonomy and collaboration
- Closed weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts, ever
- No nights
- No overnight emergencies
- No on-call rotation
- No extended/late hours — predictable, consistent daily schedule
Desired Qualifications
- ER, urgent care, or high-volume GP experience a plus
