Job Summary
Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of disease or injuries, operating diagnostic equipment and collecting samples while interpreting results. Perform surgery, prescribe medication, and advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options. Provide counsel around pet end of life care and maintain patients' medical records while ensuring compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes. Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited AVMA institution
- Appropriate state licensure
