Job Summary
Conduct thorough exams, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform surgeries and dental procedures with precision and care. Educate pet owners, foster trust, and build long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with skilled technicians to provide exceptional patient care. This full- or part-time role offers flexible scheduling (3, 4, or 4.5 days) within a newly updated, full-service facility featuring in-house lab analyzers, digital radiology, and a surgical suite. The team encourages ongoing education and values a collaborative, client-centered environment in Melbourne Beach.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in veterinary practice
- Knowledge of medical equipment and anesthesia procedures
- Ability to clearly explain medical details to clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to lifelong learning
- Full or part-time employment availability
- 3, 4, or 4.5 days work week availability
- Monday through Friday availability
- Saturday availability (8 am - 12 pm)
