Job Summary
Lead urgent care veterinary operations as Medical Director for a newly built Mason, OH hospital. Design workflows, establish protocols, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality care for urgent cases. Triage and treat acute illnesses/injuries, collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, and lead quality-improvement initiatives. Manage staffing, scheduling, workflows, and inventory for urgent care and oversee staff training. Required Qualifications
- Active and clear license to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio
- Graduation from an accredited veterinary school
