Job Summary
Boutique family-owned veterinary clinic in Boca Raton seeks a compassionate Veterinarian to provide medical care for small and/or large animals using the latest technology. The role emphasizes individualized patient and family care, collaboration with a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth. Office hours are Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00 with Saturdays 8:00–12:00; 4 days per week plus ~3 Saturdays per month, with flexibility for the right fit. Compensation includes a competitive salary ($145k–$200k based on experience), bonuses, sign-on bonus, health insurance, PTO, paid CE, and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in Florida
- Strong clinical skills and experience in small and/or large animal practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
