Job Summary
Collaborate with residents and community partners to devise exit plans that move participants toward rapid exit of homelessness. Assist residents with obtaining essential documents, connect them to community resources, and arrange transportation to critical destinations. Maintain participant data, conduct quarterly reporting for VA partnerships, and manage shelter emergencies while prioritizing client and staff safety. Conduct routine area inspections, engage in bi-weekly case reviews, and monitor resident compliance with program policies. Coordinate with VA staff for group sessions and site visits, and actively participate in professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Ohio Driver's license
- proof of insurance

- Some experience working with people experiencing homelessness

- experience working with people with re-entry backgrounds
