Complete approximately 10 hours weekly of professional development covering resume optimization, behavioral interview preparation, and career planning during a two-week hybrid training phase. Proceed to a coordinated interview process with employer partners across Kern County in aerospace, defense, energy, and technology sectors. If selected, execute a full-time, paid internship involving real-world project exposure, ongoing coaching, and potential pathways to permanent employment. Submit a short interest form to begin the structured readiness pathway designed to transition veterans, military spouses, and dependents into high-demand civilian roles.
