Job Summary
Fully remote, commission-only independent-contractor role focused on identifying, engaging, and guiding veteran talent into leadership opportunities nationwide. Responsibilities include sourcing and engaging veteran talent via networking, LinkedIn, referrals; building and maintaining professional relationships; conducting candidate discovery conversations; guiding candidates through the hiring process; and continuing to develop your professional network and personal brand. Training in consultative sales, relationship-building, veteran-focused community and mentorship, and onboarding support are provided. Compensation is based on commissions with potential for up to 60% total on full-desk responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred backgrounds include Former military recruiters
- Special Operations veterans
- Veterans with strong professional networks
- Sales or business development professionals
- Prior recruiting experience preferred but not required
