Job Summary
Create individualized employment service plans with measurable action items and timelines for Veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Organize mock interviews, resume workshops, and job lead connections while conducting outreach to network with employers and expedite hiring. Tailor resumes to highlight strengths, refer clients to housing and counseling services, and enroll them into employment programs including program agreements. Host monthly career fairs and provide follow-up to enhance placement and retention. Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines and complete all required documentation timely. Maintain a valid PA driver's license and good driving record.

Desired Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Social Work or Social Science
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years successful experience in human services, case management, business, recruiting, or counseling
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priority projects
- Take initiative and handle a variety of activities concurrently in fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines along with attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Progressive skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Self-directed, flexible with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Presentation skills along with professional behaviors, attitude and appearance
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to support the organization's mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony
