Job Summary
Provide veterinary care in Vetco Vaccination Clinics or Vetco Total Care full-service hospitals, performing basic wellness checks, vaccinations, heartworm testing, microchip placement, diagnostic workups, outpatient surgeries, and dental procedures. Utilize digital dental X-rays, Butterfly IQ+ ultrasound imaging, and fully equipped surgery suites to deliver comprehensive treatment. Maintain a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing, hold appropriate state-specific licensing for blood draws and vaccine administration, and possess a DEA license for full-service hospital shifts. Ensure compliance with all local state and federal mandates while providing Professional Liability Insurance and license defense policy. Enjoy flexible online scheduling with no minimum or maximum shift requirements, set your own rate per shift, and work without agency fees or overnight/on-call obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing
- Appropriate state-specific licensing to perform all shift functions including the ability to perform blood draws & administer vaccines
- DEA in good standing required for full-service Vetco Total Care hospital relief shifts
- Ability to provide Professional Liability Insurance + license defense policy
