Conduct basic wellness checks, vaccinations, heartworm testing, and microchip placement at Vetco Vaccination Clinics, or manage outpatient surgeries, dental procedures, and diagnostic workups at Vetco Total Care full-service hospitals. Deliver care in Petco store locations or mobile van units, utilizing digital X-rays, ultrasound imaging, and fully equipped surgery suites. Maintain state license in good standing, hold DEA registration for full-service shifts, and provide professional liability insurance and license defense. Work flexible weekday and weekend hours with no minimum or maximum shift requirements, setting your own rate while avoiding agency fees. Enjoy a 15% discount on Petco products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing
- Appropriate state-specific licensing to perform all shift functions including the ability to perform blood draws & administer vaccines
