Job Summary
Relief Veterinarian opportunity with Vetco Vaccination Clinics and Vetco Total Care hospitals in Ocean City, MD. Flexible online scheduling with no minimum/maximum shifts and ability to set your own rate per shift. No overnight or emergency on-call shifts for Vetco Total Care; focus on wellness checks, vaccinations, heartworm testing, microchip placement, preventive care, and diagnostic workups across clinics and hospitals. Licensed veterinarians perform blood draws and vaccines, with DEA credentials required for full-service hospital relief shifts. Practice activities outside Petco shifts are welcomed, and there are no agency fees. Benefits include a 15% Petco product/services discount and monthly clinic news updates.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing
- Appropriate state-specific licensing for shift functions including blood draws and vaccines
- DEA license in good standing for full-service Vetco Total Care hospital relief shifts
