Job Summary
Conduct daily veterinary care in Vetco Vaccination Clinics or Vetco Total Care full-service hospitals, performing basic wellness checks, vaccinations, heartworm testing, microchip placement, outpatient surgeries, and dental procedures. Manage patient flow through an appointment-based model while licensed staff handle operations, allowing you to focus on providing the best care possible. Maintain a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing, appropriate state-specific licensing for blood draws and vaccine administration, and a DEA registration for full-service shifts. Provide Professional Liability Insurance and license defense policy while complying with all local state and federal mandates. Enjoy flexible online scheduling with no minimum or maximum shift requirements, set your own rate, and avoid agency fees.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing
- Appropriate state-specific licensing to perform all shift functions including the ability to perform blood draws & administer vaccines
