Job Summary
Provide relief veterinary care at Vetco Vaccination Clinics or full-service Vetco Total Care hospitals across 48 states. Perform basic wellness checks, vaccinations, heartworm testing, and microchip placement at clinics, or handle preventive care, diagnostic workups, outpatient surgeries, and dental procedures at hospitals. Utilize available digital dental X-rays, Butterfly IQ+ ultrasound imaging, and fully equipped surgery suites to deliver high-quality care. Maintain flexible online scheduling with no minimum or maximum shift requirements, set your own rate per shift, and avoid agency fees. Submit a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine license, DEA registration for hospital shifts, and Professional Liability Insurance to begin.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing
- Appropriate state-specific licensing to perform all shift functions including the ability to perform blood draws & administer vaccines
- DEA in good standing required for full-service Vetco Total Care hospital relief shifts
- Ability to provide Professional Liability Insurance + license defense policy
- Compliance with all local state and federal mandates
